Stephanie DeHaven is a NASM (National Academy of Sports and Medicine) certified personal trainer, Kettle Bell certified instructor, and CrossFit Level 1 trainer at Rig Dog CrossFit in the Heights. Steph has pursued a life-long love of sports from coaching high school athletes in Track and Field and Cross Country, playing sports herself, and in her own personal CrossFit training. She has found a home in CrossFit with its unique variety of disciplines, combined competitiveness, and continuous ways to improve and be more efficient. Steph’s favorite WOD is Angie. “Don’t stop when your tired; stop when you’re done.”
